Maroochy Beach: Winter

There’s something quite magical about being on a beach even on a cool winters day. I hope you might use this photo to remind yourself, to rug up and get out and about if you need a boost. I don’t ever find myself feeling worse off when I make the effort to get out and explore nature, even when it is cold.
