I am a nutritionist, mindset coach and artist. I offer coaching that uses a wholistic, but unique approach to support you in rewiring your brain and body to a different story. I can help you create more inner peace and a greater sense of wellbeing, no matter what is going on in your life.
AND I live what I teach. I aim to live with balance and harmony in all aspects of my life. One of my favourite things to do is to create inspirational artwork and photography that brings peace and joy and positivity to myself and others.
Both my artwork and prints are inspired by nature and a desire for all creatures, great and small, including humans… to create a healthy respect for each other and a harmonious ecosystem in which all can thrive.

Lions have always had a powerful place in my heart.
I created the lion to give myself a constant connection with the attributes of strength and courage, but also with a sense of gentleness, which many cultures align with the presence of the lion.
May you find the same sense of power and positivity that I gained from having my lion with me during a particularly challenging time in my life.

One physical attribute in particular is its exquisite eyesight, which gives it an extraordinary overview of its environment and subsequently many opportunities to thrive.
