Sizes:

A4 images are 210mm x 297mm

A3 Images are 300mm x 400mm

A2 Images are 420mm x 594mm

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post in stiff board, parcel packs or tubes depending on the size of prints ordered. We do our best to ship within a few days, but sometimes this may not be possible and we do our best to contact you to let you know. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

Refund Policy

Your order is printed on demand, so once placed cannot be cancelled. 

If your order arrives damaged or not as indicated on the website, then we can offer you a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

You can contact us using the email from your order or through the website.

If you pay for a consultation, Jenny will get back to you with options for booking a time.  You will be asked to fill in details regarding your availability on purchase.  Sessions can be cancelled and refunded upon request as long as your appointment is more than 24 hours away.
